Q:What is the lead time? A:For irrigation parts, the lead time is 20 days – 30 days.
For irrigation systems, the lead time is 30 days for not more than 10 units. Q:What is the warranty time?
A:2 years.
Q:What about the installation?
A:Our company will send one or two technicians to assist the customer to install the irrigation systems If the customer cannot find local people who are able to install the irrigation system. The customer shall bear the cost of their travel, food and accommodation etc due to the installation.
Q:What about the after-sale service?
A:Our company will deliver one operational manual along with each irrigation system, and our installation engineer will train some technicians for the customer. During the maintenance, the customer can contact our technician at any time for assistance. If you need any parts, you can contact us for it.
Q:Is it easy to find the irrigation parts in the local market?
A:Yes. We have two styles of irrigation systems, Zimmatic style and Valley style. We produce all our parts exactly same as Zimmatic and Valley. If you need irrigation parts, you can either contact us to get it, or buy it from Zimmatic or Valley dealers in case of emergency.
Q:What information should I provide to ask for an offer of an irrigation system?A:Tell us the requirements for your irrigation system. We need to know the size of the irrigation system, or the coordinates of your land with which we can find out the size of the irrigation system suitable for you land. If you have some special requirements,please let us know.
Q:Can I get help in designing an irrigation plan for my farm?
A:Yes. Please follow the steps as follows:
1) Open Google Earth on your computer.
2) Click the border of your farm to make the borderline.
3) Mark the location of water sources—dam, bore well, river, canal, etc.
4) Mark any obstacles in your field such as a house, trees, telegraph pole, road, etc.
5) Save the file as KML file.
6) Send the KML file to us.
